An update on recent events in Nicaragua as of June 7, 2018:
Thank you for your concern in regards to Manna Project International's Nicaragua site and our in-country volunteers and staff.
Thanks to our dedicated on-site team, we continue to operate our health clinics in Cedro Galán and Villa Guadalupe where we serve over 400 patients per month. In addition, through our 1,000 Days of Difference program, MPI provides essential support for expectant mothers and their children throughout pregnancy and through age two. For the past 14 years, MPI has built strong relationships in the communities we serve. While we look forward to a more peaceful time in Nicaragua, we will be here through the good times as well the challenging.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our Executive Director, Robert Grabel (email@example.com, 615-290-5746), or our Board of Directors (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Your partnership creates communities of young leaders that help break the cycle of poverty in underserved communities.
Access to health, education, and employment can transform a community forever. These three basic human rights are the heart of what we do. Your partnership makes an immediate difference for families in need.
At MPI's sites in Ecuador and Nicaragua, families are connected with support, problems are met with resources, and young leaders gain first-hand development experience. Programs are formed in response to the expressed needs of the community, and are built on the strong foundation of a long-term, committed relationship. By focusing on the capacity development of local leadership, communities are visibly and measurably change from within. The cycle of poverty is slowly changing, one life at a time.
