Alumni Network

Program Directors have access to MPI's LinkedIn Alumni Network and Alumni Jobs Board, where past participants connect to share job opportunities, career insights and professional support.

“A good way to evaluate the quality of a volunteer program is to see what their alumni go on to accomplish. Were they able to successfully build a career after their volunteer assignment?”
— Devex Global Development

Alumni Mentorship Program

MPI's Alumni Mentorship Program connects Program Directors leaving the program with alumni in their field of interest. These mentors are available to help guide an individual through the process of returning home and give feedback in the career search.

“An active alumni is an additional benefit itself as it can give you access to a network that may be able to help you with your next move, either right out of a program or later in your career.”
— Devex Global Development
